Election Process

In the month of April or June we had an informal elections. Interested members enroll their name for working committee of next year. President select 10 to 12 of them as working committee of the year. Different departments are allotted them. Which are as follows -

•   President
•   Vice President
•   Secretary
•   Joint Secretaroy
•   Cultural Secretary
•   Sports Secretary
•   Library Secretary
•   Bhajan Secretary
•   Trip Secretary
•   Food Secretary

On the date of election AGM is conducted. President or Secretary read out the annual report. A permanent treasurer is appointed Mrs. Pravina S. Joshi working from last 20 years. She use to explain income and expenditure of the year. Suggestions from the members with Tea and snacks meeting concludes.
